The he EPL-1.0 FAQ needs to be updated. Question 4, for example,  should indicate that the latest version is 2.0 (this is a good opportunity to include a link to the new EPL-2.0 FAQ).

I've taken the opportunity to do a little document clean up, so there's some minor formatting changes.

I've made it explicit that we're referencing the EPL-1.0 where I felt that disambiguation was necessary.

I believe that I've addressed the major concerns of this bug and am going to mark it as fixed. Let's open new bugs to address other problems we find.
