All of the necessary Board approvals are already in place. You can simply change those links to point to the EPL-2.0. Thanks. Just stumbled by accident on this issue. The full header is described in the Eclipse Process Handbook: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#ip-copyright-headers. A colleague has shown me that IntelliJ supports updating copyright headers.
