Dot Editor Validation Error in case of upper-case color names

The DOT Editor reports false positive validation errors in case of upper-case color names. However, Graphviz (and the DOT language) handles the color names case-insensitive: http://www.graphviz.org/content/color-names.

Therefore, the DOT Color Validator should be modified not to recognize the upper-case color names as validation failures.

The following changes are published on the origin/R5_0_0_maintenance and origin/master branches:

[526028] Fix Dot Color validation to consider case insensitivity.

- Modify the DotColorJavaValidator implementation to handle the color
names case insensitively.
- Implement corresponding DotParserTests test cases.

Resolving as fixed in 5.0.2 (Oxygen.2) M1.
