Resizing a state next to the message of a parent sync call should not throw CCE

Scenario to reproduce:
- Import the project in attachment or create a sequence diagram with a state in a sync call
- Resize the state next to the upper bound of the execution (or next to the first message
- It should not throw CCE, it should be possible to resize close to the execution start.
