Now that 16.0 has been shipped we have to update the package.json file.

I also noticed:
1. that the repo entry is bad - point to the defunct eclipse foundation repo
2. the version endpoint for the NPM package does not work - it returns 'undefined' when I would expect it to return "16.0.0" (for example the latest release of this writing).
