Hi All:

I received this email from Carl Anderson:

" I also learned that, unlike webtools.releng or webtools.javaee, the webtools.common repo is not configured such that committers can do direct commits."

Any chance we can get that fixed? Please enable direct commits for committers to webtools.common repository.

I've added "push" permission. 

Push to refs/for/master to trigger code review.
Push to refs/heads/master to bypass code review and push directly.
