It's fairly simple for us to update most of www.eclipse.org and all of our drupal sites once we confirm the text for the link. I will need to work with webmaster to update the following services: -cgit (http://git.eclipse.org/c/ & https://git.polarsys.org/c/) -forums (https://www.eclipse.org/forums/) -planeteclipse (http://planeteclipse.org/planet/) -wiki (https://wiki.eclipse.org/Main_Page) -portal (https://dev.eclipse.org/portal/myfoundation/) -dev.eclipse.org -mailman (https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo) Please let me know if I forgot a website in my list. (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #0) > Mike, do you want to change the text to "Eclipse Public License 2.0", or > just leave it without the version number? Mike, feel free to override (but ASAP). Let's just leave it without the number. I've bumped up the priority. Chris, we'd like to make this happen fairly quickly, please. New Gerrit change created: https://git.eclipse.org/r/104667 (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #2) > (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #0) > > Mike, do you want to change the text to "Eclipse Public License 2.0", or > > just leave it without the version number? > > Mike, feel free to override (but ASAP). > > Let's just leave it without the number. Agreed. Leave as is with no number. New Gerrit change created: https://git.eclipse.org/r/104669 New Gerrit change created: https://git.eclipse.org/r/104670 I created a few patches for this: 1. www.eclipse.org: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/104667/ 2. Drupal theme: https://foundation.eclipse.org/r/#/c/1831/ 3. planeteclipse.org: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/104669/ 4. wiki.eclipse.org: https://foundation.eclipse.org/r/#/c/1832/ 5. dev.eclipse.org: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/104670/ 6. Forums does not require a patch and the change is already live. I will need help to from webmaster for the following tasks (Please review my patches first :)): 1. Deploy updated theme for mediawiki (wiki.eclipse.org) 2. Update cgit (polarsys/eclipse.org) 3. Update the portal 4. Deploy my changes for dev.eclipse.org 5. Update mailman *Please note: I am adding a link to the EPL 2.0 on the Locationtech theme. It's currently missing in eclipse.org-common (https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse.org-common/themes/solstice/html_template/index.php?theme=locationtech&layout=thin) and on the drupal site (https://www.locationtech.org/). It appears that the link was removed by an Admin. Can someone confirm if the link to the EPL should appear on locationtech.org? (In reply to Christopher Guindon from comment #7) > It appears that the link was removed by an Admin. Can someone confirm if the > link to the EPL should appear on locationtech.org? +1 I am thinking that maybe a pointer to a more general "licensing" page might be in order (since the EPL is not used by all projects), but since we don't have that right now, let's stick with this. Gerrit change https://git.eclipse.org/r/104670 was merged to [master].
