We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

PMC has provided at least one +1 for the release.  The IP Log I am waiting on until all of the CQs are cleared.  Unless I should uncheck that box and submit it as-is?  The CQs are all making progress.  I do not expect any issues.

Just re-spun the IP Log for MicroProfile 1.2 and attached it to the CQ:

(This CQ is currently in Withdrawn state.  Not sure how to make it active again...)
