The close session action available on aird IFile tree viewer item should be held by plugin oes.ui.editor instead of oes.ui.

Steps to reproduce
* Open the Modeling perspective
* Create a project, an Ecore file and then a representation file (not a modeling project) --> The session is openned
* Switch to Java perspective
* Look in the contextual menu of the aird file corresponding to the openned session
   * With the plugin oes.ui.editor in the environment, the Close action should be available
   * Without this plugin, the Close action should no be available
