Here is the first list of things to remove from the portal.

Remove Membership blocks:

myfoundation/components/portal/organization_information
myfoundation/components/portal/strategic_ipzilla_mailinglist
myfoundation/components/portal/organization_files
myfoundation/components/portal/organization_contacts
myfoundation/components/portal/organization_address
myfoundation/components/portal/organization_bugs

Remove Webmaster block

myfoundation/components/portal/webmaster

Yes, after discussion with Matt, we decided to open a common bug so I can list the folder to be removed with its ready.
