I am facing issue while installing Eclipse above mentioned version on Windows Server Even I set the path in Environment path as well. I am facing Below Issue 
"A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and JDK Must be available In order to run Eclipse" but I already Installed java on C:\Program Files\Java and I set the Path in Environment variable too still I am facing the same issue, Please help me on this.

This can happen if either Java is not set up correctly, or if you have different bitness between Java and Eclipse (i.e. both need to be either 32- or 64-bit).

If this doesn't help, please post as much detail as possible on the support forum.
