SCENARIO:
Git staging view.
User wants to commit and push but accidentally presses commit in the view.
Then user presses commit and push.

EXPECTED:
When there is nothing to commit, the button should allow possibility to push anyway (with a possible warning).

ACTUALLY:
'There are no staged files' popup. User has to go to some another view to execute the push.
