Currently, the minimal version bounds that are required are 3.10.0. There are adopters that would like to use GEF 5 in an 3.8 environment. As long as compatibility is ensured (which is not the case for Zest.JFace, which requires Face 3.10), we could lower our version bounds to be resolvable against the 3.8 platform bundle versions.

Pushed changes to origin/master and origin/R5_0_0_maintenance. Resolving as fixed in 5.0.1 M1.

I updated the versions to comply with the 3.8 versions instead of the 4.2 versions (excluding Zest.JFace). The fix will be available in Oxygen.2 M1.
