Label colours look weird for a few seconds before returning to normal

Another colour bug that been around for awhile -- even before bug 477950.

See the attached screen-shot. The loading screen has weird label colours briefly -- the colours return to normal after a few seconds.

This only affects GTK3 using GTK CSS -- currently 3.16+, soon to be 3.14+.

Tested I20170720-2000, I see the problem on RHEL 7.2 which has GTK3.14.

The start text color is black (unexpected), after a few seconds it turns to white (expected). This is regression in 4.8.

I can't reproduce this bug any more. Andrey do you still see it?

No, it looks like some of your patches fixed that, but I haven't bisected which one.

Actually I can still reproduce it on Wayland, oddly enough.

Not lately, I am going to close it.
