Papyrus SW designer is currently not available for Eclipse oxygen. This is mainly caused by the modifications of the element-types framework having an impact on the unified modeling language.

The class oep.uml.diagram.wizards.wizards.PapyrusExampleInstallerWizard exists since version 3.0 in plugin oep.uml.diagram.wizards.wizards. It has been added with bug 507036.
The removal of class  PapyrusExampleInstallerWizard from designer should have therefore required 3.0 as minimal version of the Papyrus wizard plugin. However, this is not the case and it is therefore possible to break the example installer by install the latest designer version with an older Papyrus version.
