I would like to be able the double-click on the Apply Patch dialog title bar to
maximize it. A maximized dialog is needed when comparing sources in the bottom
panes. Verion 3.0.m6.

Wizards cannot be maximized. Moving to platform.ui for comment.

BTW: be aware that the side by side compare viewer on the last page of the wizard might not be as 
useful as you think. It shows the contents of the patch file only, not a preview of what would happen if 
you'd apply the patch to your workspace.

This is a dup of Bug 19145. If we decide to make them resiazble in the future 
they should also maximize. Right now we do not as many plug-ins have not been 
tested for this and it may be considered a breaking change.

The Apply Patch dialog *is* resizable, which is nice. It is not "maximizable",
which is my wish.
