In the aird editor, the graphic header "Models" have two icons and the header "Representations" none.

In Oxygen, the height is different because of this icons difference.

We should set the height to be the same for both header for a better visual.

We might be able to "trick" SWT with adding a transarent and inactive icon in the representations tabbar. However, before working on this, see #517854, which will probably require adding a real button there, so maybe this one will be fixed for free if/when we do #517854.
