We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

AFAICT, there has been two commits in PMF over the past year. Is the project still active?

The project has never done a proper release, so a release review is required (i.e. we cannot regard this as a service release).

We're already *very* late to make a go/no-go call. I'll have to ask the build master to pull the PMF bits out of the simultaneous release unless I see positive action from the project team sometime tomorrow.
