It looks like there are several years of releases on the downloads server. Please investigate moving some of the older content to the archive server.

thanks for pointing this out. We've did some clean-up and removed some very old builds and obsolete files. Unfortunately, we don't have shell access in order to move old releases as described by https://wiki.eclipse.org/IT_Infrastructure_Doc#Move_files_to_archive.eclipse.org.3F, hence we weren't able to move the releases yet.
