In 5.0 the old view was replaced by the one from Acceleo, but the internal implementation code was left to ease the transition.

In 5.1 we'll actually remove that code.

It seems that Capella documentation still reference this view.

Steps to validate:
1. The old "Model Request Interpreter" view should not be available anymore in the UI.
2. The corresponding code (class "DesignerInterpreterView" in the oes.ui plug-in) should no longer be present.
3. The new "Interpreter" view should be available in the UI.
