It should be possible to configure the default page orientation set to the PrintDialog that is opened via LayerPrinter#setupPrinter()

Added a new configuration attribute PrintConfigAttributes#DEFAULT_PAGE_ORIENTATION to specify the default page orientation on the PrintDialog.

The following snippet configures the default orientation to landscape.

configRegistry.registerConfigAttribute(
        PrintConfigAttributes.DEFAULT_PAGE_ORIENTATION, 
        PrinterData.LANDSCAPE);
