I've added a github id to my eclipse portal and a new ssh key but still can't commit.

We suspeect that it's becaue I'm not regitered as a member of the eclipse.orion team...

I don't see a Github id associated with your Eclipse.org account so the tooling can't try to add you to the Github orion team.  Maybe you forgot to hit save when you added it?

OK, it does indeed look like we handn't saved the info. I"ve updated my profile and I'll wait to see if I get an invitation email.

It looks like you have been added to the Orion GitHub team successfully so I'll assume we can close this as fixed.  If I am mistaken, please reopen.
