This repo is full of unused crap and it is the first repo that people will see.  I have no idea what is in this repo or why it is needed but Mike does.

All non-relevant information has been removed. I left the PHP pages and updated them to properly redirect (in case someone has a bookmark to one of them, we can't just 404).
