(In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #0) > As in past years, I'll > draw from the New and Noteworthy documents produced for each milestone by > the Eclipse Project. This is wrong. We provide the N&N for the download and the documentation. You should refer to that. Current state is at https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.7/ I've started the document. https://www.eclipse.org/oxygen/noteworthy/ Contributions can be made via the /oxygen Gerrit. https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/admin/projects/www.eclipse.org/oxygen Note that the intended audience for this document is Eclipse IDE users. I'll pull in the following: CDT is here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/User/NewIn93 PDT is here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/PDT/NewIn50 Who else has a N&N with end-user (IDE) content? Looks good, some nits: Gradle should have an "l". A few images are missing, instead I see image::images/unlikely1-basic.png[Warning on last line: Unlikely argument type int for remove(Object) on a Collection<Short>] image::images/unlikely5-equals.png[Info on last line: Unlikely argument type for equals(): Name seems to be unrelated to String] (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #3) > Note that the intended audience for this document is Eclipse IDE users. > > I'll pull in the following: > > CDT is here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/User/NewIn93 > > PDT is here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/PDT/NewIn50 > > Who else has a N&N with end-user (IDE) content? There is Linux Tools: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Linux_Tools_Project/News/NewIn60 You can pare it down to just the Docker Tooling security options and SystemTap console hyperlink items if all you want is IDE visible changes. I've added in the Linux Tools bits that I thought fit. I think that we're done here. |
