Steps:

1. on orion.eclipse.org open Orion on the root with no resource path (https://orion.eclipse.org/edit/edit.html)
2. scroll down in the folder view and notice that there is a project information section and a Javascript section (BAD)
3. Also open the log to see a bunch of failed requests.

We should avoid showing the project information if the item is a workspace
