There is quite a bit of unused breadcrumbs code in the global commands and some pages to handle the global breadcrumbs. The global breadcrumbs has been removed a long time ago and I do not see it coming back.  We should remove this code because it causes confusing and it is already stale/buggy.

Reminder that we do still have the tooltip breadcrumb in the editor.  :)
