File > New missing mnemonics

Some menu entries are missing mnemonics. I've highlighted them in the attached screenshot.

Dani / Markus, what is the strategy here? 

We assume all entries in File -> New should have mnemonics but as JDT and PDE does not seem to follow this pattern, I would like to see your confirmation that this is the correct way to go.
