On Bugzilla (or any other Eclipse.org service actually), it would be nice to see the project description automatically contain a link to the PMI page of the project where other interesting links (download, doc, contribute) stand.
This link could also be repeated on all bug pages to better guide users from Bugzilla to contribution guides.

We won't be investing any resources into improving Bugzilla, as we encourage projects to use GitHub and Eclipse GitLab (https://gitlab.eclipse.org).
