Now I see the run bar a) while the splash screen is up and b) overlapping with Ctrl+L making it difficult to read.

Created attachment 267119 [details] Runbar dropdown is behind the search pane Repo step: 1. Setup cf api so that the runbar dropdown is enabled. 2. Open Edit->Search... 3. Click runbar to expand the drowdown menu. Expected: Runbar dropdown is above the search pane. Actual: Runbar downdown is behind the search pane. (see the attachment)
