Hello,

I'm not able to log on to Gerrit. I've got the same error message than for Bug ID 464306 & 493329, but the root cause should be different as I never register to eclipse community before.

Here is the error message:
Cannot assign user name "fsivignon" to account 109512; name already in use.

I just created this account today,so it is quite fresh (with email address: frederic.sivignon@sap.com  ; the one I give for the login and that throw this error. Don't know where it find the 'fsivignon' user name).
