Issue reported by @Sidney:

1. Enable Multiple Tab Support
2. Disable Editor Auto Save
3. Open a file (File A)
4. Enable Split Editors
5. Open a different file (File B) in the right pane
6. Select Left Editor Pane
7. Edit File A

File A tab header in the second split pane does not update the dirty indicator until the editor tab is selected.
