Please add a new parameter to E4ApplicationConfig that allows to override the IModelResourceHandler of an e4 application.

- new property modelResourcehandlerURI in E4ApplicationConfig
- Handling of IWorkbench.MODEL_RESOURCE_HANDLER in E4EntryPointFactory.getBrandingProperty(String)
