Description Stephanie Swart CLA 2017-02-27 12:13:34 EST
We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.
Comment 1 Stephanie Swart CLA 2017-02-27 12:16:51 EST
Just FYI- Our next release date is this Wednesday, March 1 2017. However, we
require at least 1 week to review the IP-Log and have the PMC review the materials. Releases are scheduled on the first and third Wednesday of every month, therefore our next available release review date is March 15, 2017.

I can't get the build to run. Either the build is broken, or I am (I'm willing to accept either as being correct). I'm putting this down as a blocker, since being able to build is pretty important for community development.

Are you on the correct bug? Our build is not broken [1]

Our release was scheduled march 6. I have moved it to march 8.

We already have +2 from TPMC.

It's well documented that we do two review periods each month, with end dates on the first and third Wednesdays. Further, it is well documented that the review process should be initiated a full two weeks in advance of the desired release date.

Let's set the release date to March 15/2017.

> We already have +2 from TPMC.

We only need +1, but the show of confidence is nice to see.

I think that we're good-to-go.

It'd be awesome if you could actually provide a two sentence description of what the release contains...
