It would be helpful to have this information, at least in general terms.

I'm pretty sure that the most accurate and concise statement that we can make is "The Eclipse Foundation maintains backups of all tier 1 and tier 2 services."

Some detail would be valuable, but I don't think that it is necessarily required.
