In a reasonably secure all-windows environment, the obvious cvs conviguration 
is cvsnt using sspi. pserver is insecure, and ssh is alien and inconvenient.

If eclipse is running on Windows, add 'sspi' to the list of repository access 
options.

CVSNT is unsupported and CVS on *nix does not support sspi so this is not a 
priority at this time. However, if a third party wanted to contribute the sspi 
connection method, we would be happy to accept it;-)
