The SFTP Import / Export functionality has not been implemented due to technical issues. We need to remove the menu items that refer to these capabilities.

I've just pushed the code to remove the SFTP menu items. I've removed (not commented) the menu code but left the dialog in place in case we ever want to revisit this...
