The Import dialog used on the Editor Styles and Platform Styles pages needs a redesign. At a minimum, it should have an <input type="file"> instead of (or as well as) the drag-and-drop area, because the export dialog saves a file, and the user is expecting to be able to simply select a file with a file dialog.
