Given the fact that we will have multiple important changes in the Ecore model of the Properties DSL coming soon and multiples manual changes to make on top of that, we should remove our modifications in the generated code to ease the migration.

No more @generated NOT in src-gen, let's move our manual code in src

Verified on the code by removing all the properties-related generated code and relaunchong code generation. The only differences are formatting and whitespace related.
