With all access granted to the group technology.lsp4j

Dennis, just to clarify, is this in addition to the current lsp4j project folder? Located at: /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/lsp4j

Derek, normally sub projects are located under the top level projects. But I'm okay with the current location.
