The Microprofile project wishes to release under the ALv2 License.

We need you to prepare a short slide deck that Mike can present to the board of directors to motivate the requirement and get their approval. 
When ready, please attach the slide deck to the bug.

See Bug 429689 for an example of what we're looking for.

Just clarifying who the "we" is in the note from Stephanie.  Is this short deck something that the proposers need to create, or is this something that the emo does for us based on our proposal?  Just trying to stay abreast of the process so that we don't leave any loose threads around...  Thanks!

The 'we' refers to the EMO. The slide deck is something the project lead creates when the required licensing a project chooses is nonstandard by the forge/top-level project. In this case ALv2 is nonstandard to the Technology TLP. We (EMO) need to open a bug to track the process of obtaining approval for an exception.

You can refer to bug 429689 for an example, and if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
