Just clarifying who the "we" is in the note from Stephanie. Is this short deck something that the proposers need to create, or is this something that the emo does for us based on our proposal? Just trying to stay abreast of the process so that we don't leave any loose threads around... Thanks! The slide deck is something the project lead creates when the required licensing a project chooses is nonstandard by the forge/top-level project. In this case ALv2 is nonstandard to the Technology TLP. We (EMO) need to open a bug to track the process of obtaining approval for an exception. You can refer to bug 429689 for an example, and if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! Created attachment 265255 [details]
Apache License v2 proposal
Just added a short deck explaining our desire for Apache v2 License with the MicroProfile project. Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions. Thanks. Thanks for putting deck together, Kevin. This has been approved, we're done here. |
