1. Open Orion.
2. Alt+Shift+/ (or perhaps you can think of it as Alt+? or Alt+Shift+? as it is described in Orion)
3. Type 'toggle'.
4. You will see two commands named 'Toggle banner' and 'Toggle side panel'. All the other commands use title case like 'Go to Line...' and Open Declaration'.
