Description Jay Arthanareeswaran CLA 2016-10-24 07:14:48 EDT
There seems to be a problem in some of the resources created/used by tests:

WARNING in test: org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.SuiteOfTestCases$Suite$1 - protect
	- problems occured while deleting resource P/JavaSearchBugs
	- stack trace:
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.util.Util.waitUntilResourceDeleted(Util.java:1299)
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.util.Util.delete(Util.java:446)
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.AbstractJavaModelTests.deleteResource(AbstractJavaModelTests.java:1881)
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.AbstractJavaModelTests.deleteProject(AbstractJavaModelTests.java:1849)
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.JavaSearchBugs8Tests.tearDownSuite(JavaSearchBugs8Tests.java:130)
		-> org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.SuiteOfTestCases$Suite$1.protect(SuiteOfTestCases.java:81)

Need to investigate whether this is test only issue or there's something in the component. To reproduce, just run AllJavaModelTests test suite alone.

Comment 2 Eclipse Genie CLA 2020-05-17 00:11:58 EDT
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
