DnD only works partially for CTabFolder view/editor at HiDPI settings on Linux. What works:
- Try to DnD a CTabFolder view/editor from upper section of the CTab Header area it works otherwise it doesn't.

Possible reason for above DnD issue in CTabFolder on Linux(also seen on non-HiDPI settings) is mouse enter is slightly misplaced by few pixels:
- CTabFolder view doesn't gets selected if you mouse-enter from bottom of the header, it gets selected only after you move in few pixels.
- Similarly, when you try to mouse-enter from top of the header and even before you actually enter the CTab header area the mouse-hover selection is enabled.
