The RunBar "Run" and "Stop" buttons do not have the same hover or focus behavior as other Orion buttons. All Orion buttons should have the same look & feel.
Ideally, the browser's "outline" (blue glowing border on Chrome & Safari, dotted line in Firefox) should be used to indicate focus for all buttons.

I improved/fixed this issue while experimenting on Bug 512057.  Assuming we go forward with that change then this will be fixed as a side effect.
