Previous / Next / Up and view menu disappear after working set switch

Example 1:
1. Activate Window Working Set 
2. Switch working set via task list (nav buttons disappear)
3. Right click on project => go into (view menu disappear)

Example 2:
1. Select working set on project explorer directly (nav buttons disappear)
2. Right click on project => go into (view menu disappear)

Project is annoying, because if you run working set switch via mylyn task list when you are inside project/dir you cannot easy go up.

I checked source code and compared to PackageExplorer. 

up/back/forward actions are disabled without any check in CommonNavigatorActionGroup after receiving FrameList.P_RESET event.

PackageExplorer only run updateTitle and updateToolBar. Resetting for this button was added via commit 6f57b389db28f2d69914aabcaa51de42c029d9ef.

This caused a bad regression (see bug 535050) and got reverted.
