Description

I declare this review successful! Webmaster, how do you want to engage? Should we do them all at once, or one at a time? Sharon, is there any paperwork restrictions hindering the moves listed in Comment #0? Webmaster, can I get an ETA on when this will reach the top of your queue? FYI, I've scheduled a review for Eclipse Scanning to also move under Science (Bug 507640). Committer legal records have been checked for the projects listed in Comment 0 as well as for the scanning project. There are no restrictions preventing committers from moving! Thanks, Sharon right now I've booked some time in the first week of december for this. -M. I've sent notices to the PL for all these projects to let them know I will be moving them tomorrow. -M. The projects have been renamed and move into the science TLP in bugzilla, so I think the only outstanding this is to update the PMI/IPzilla. -M. (In reply to Eclipse Webmaster from comment #6) > The projects have been renamed and move into the science TLP in bugzilla, so > I think the only outstanding this is to update the PMI/IPzilla. I've updated the PMI. The project URLs have been updated with the new ids; the old ones will redirect. (In reply to Eclipse Webmaster from comment #6) > The projects have been renamed and move into the science TLP in bugzilla, so > I think the only outstanding this is to update the PMI/IPzilla. IPZilla looks funny. It seems like some new Science subproject components have been created, but they are not under the Science product. The old components still exist. What's our status on moving IPZilla? This should be resolved. -M. (In reply to Eclipse Webmaster from comment #9) > This should be resolved. > > -M. Scanning has not yet been moved: bug 507640 Restructuring has caused bug 509249. I've fixed the same issue as in bug 509249 (access for project committers to HIPP instance did not work anymore, because the project names changed) also for January and Triquetrum HIPPs. AFAICT the other projects mentioned in the description don't have a HIPP instance. (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #8) > IPZilla looks funny. Eclipse ICE CQs are still under technology.ice. They should be moved to science.ice. Same for technology.january and technology.triquetrum What do we need to do have these CQs moved to the right place? Additionally, emo-ip-team@eclipse.org needs to be added to the science-pmc mailing list in order for PMC to process CQs for the Science projects. I've forwarded an email to Webmaster showing the error. Thanks, Sharon (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #13) > (In reply to Wayne Beaton from comment #8) > > IPZilla looks funny. > > Eclipse ICE CQs are still under technology.ice. Hi Webmaster, please move these CQs under the Science TLP in IPZilla: -technology.january -technology.triquetrum -technology.ice (In reply to Sharon Corbett from comment #14) > Additionally, emo-ip-team@eclipse.org needs to be added to the science-pmc Fixed. (In reply to Stephanie Swart from comment #15) Done! -M. Closing. -M. DawnSci CQs remain under technology.dawnsci. These should be moved to science.dawnsci. Thanks, Sharon (In reply to Sharon Corbett from comment #18) > DawnSci CQs remain under technology.dawnsci. These should be moved to > science.dawnsci. It looks like this was done. |
