Hi,

Currently, our jobs last at least 2 or 3 hours to complete.

This is too long for us considering we have many contributions a day and each contribution triggers a build through Gerrit (for verification). 

Adding new executors is not efficient, we would like to have new physical dedicated slaves machines so that to perform our builds and test in less that half an hour. 

Could you please setup this new infrastructure for us?

We don't set up dedicated slave machines for projects, but you can provide your own slave (e.g. at Google, AWS, or on your own infrastructure) that can be connected to your HIPP.
