Description Robert Roth CLA 2016-09-29 23:25:11 EDT
This might not be JDT-specific, but rather SWT+GTK3, but as I have not found another similar dialog, I will report it here:

Steps to reproduce (Ecipse Neon.1/4.6.1/ Build id 20160913-0900 with GTK3.20.9 on Fedora 24 ):
1. Create a Java class
2. Create a new private field
3. Right-click it and click "Source > Generate getters and setters"
4. Use spacebar to select the checkbox to generate both getter and setter for the new field
5. Press enter to confirm the dialog and generate the getter and setter

Expected to happen:
  getter and setter are generated

What happens instead:
space selects the checkbox, pressing Enter deselects the checkbox right before dismissing the dialog, so nothing is generated.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
