Description Marc-André Laperle CLA 2016-09-28 16:28:09 EDT
I noticed that HIPPs (CDT, Trace Compass) are using a fairly old java. If I look at /opt/public/common, it has

jdk1.8.0-latest -> /shared/common/jdk1.8.0_51
jdk1.8.0_x64-latest -> /shared/common/jdk1.8.0_51.x64

Would it possible to update them to the latest? Thanks!

The latest JDKs are now available here:

/shared/common/jdk1.8.0_102/
/shared/common/jdk1.8.0_102.x64/

Linking to "*-latest" will happen on October 4th, if nobody has concerns.
I've sent an announcement mail to the cross-project-issues-dev mailing list.

I tested the new version with our build and it went without issue. Thank you!

The jdk-latest links now point to the latest version:

jdk1.8.0-latest -> /shared/common/jdk1.8.0_102
jdk1.8.0_x64-latest -> /shared/common/jdk1.8.0_102.x64
