I am planning to move the execution tests from shared hipp to platform hipp. For this I need couple more executors of hippcentos on https://hudson.eclipse.org/platform/

Considering the churn in the builds it would be nice to have all platform jobs in single hipp so misunderstandings what/where/when/how are prevented.

I've increased the hippcentos executors to 4 (from 2).
